She graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. She performed his compulsory service in Eskişehir State Hospital Hızır Emergency Service between 1987-1988 and at Ankara University Park Health Center between 1988-1989. Between 1990-95, she completed his Public Health (Occupational Health) science doctor education at Ankara University, Department of Public Health. In 1995, she went to America to observe Occupational Health studies at Medical University of South Carolina. During his time there, she wrote a chapter on toxicology in Epidemiology for Busy Clinician's book, published with other professors of the department. Between 1996-1998, she worked as a specialist in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health. She took part in the establishment of Isparta Süleyman Demirel University Department of Public Health between 1998-2000 and worked as an Assistant Professor. Between 2000-2011, she founded Kırıkkale University Public Health Department. She received the title of associate professor in 2006. She received the title of professor in 2011. She worked as a lecturer at Ankara University Public Health Department between 2011-2016. In January 2016, she started to work at Ufuk University Public Health Department to establish Ufuk University Faculty of Medicine Department of Public Health.
